‘Music’-themed new share house opens
Music terrace Nakamurakouen is a share house for those who challenge their dreams.
It is a house where musicians, actors, and other people who are worried about sound problems can enjoy themselves and pursue their dreams without being bothered by the place and time.
Convenient access from the station. Convenience store and supermarket drugstore are within walking distance.
We also perform karaoke with the residents of the past, and we will continue to promote events that value horizontal connections.
This share house is suitable for a wide range of people, such as those who are challenging their dreams in the same way, and those who are attracted to access to the city center.
A soundproof chamber
Great news for music lovers who had difficulties in finding a place to practice playing instruments. YAMAHA’s soundproof chamber is installed in the living room. This Dr40 has great sound insulation, which allows you to play wind instruments and string instruments such as flutes or guitars. The room has receptacles with two plugs, an air vent, and is spacious enough to have chairs and music stands.

Living facilities
The interior has a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are all furnished with appliances, such as a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a vacuum cleaner. All the kitchen appliances and dishware are freely provided for all the residents. The living room and the kitchen has individual storage, so you don’t have to bring your stuff from your room.
You can broaden your musical knowledge in this house. It will be fun to join the concerts and musical events of your housemates.
We don’t call this share house ‘music share house’ for nothing. Bluetooth speakers are installed. You can share the love of music with your housemates.
Private room facilities
A desk, a chair, curtains, an air conditioner, lights, and an open closet are furnished in your room. You can move in with just a single suitcase. WiFi is also available in the whole house.
Others
You can use a covered bicycle parking space for free.
You are welcome even if you don’t practice instruments, of course. This share house is located with great access to Nagoya Station, Sakae and Fushimi. You can commute to those areas easily without being crowded. You can even ride a bike or walk to your workplace.
This share house only takes 4 residents. If you want to build network outside the house, you can participate in Share180’s club activities or Activvity180°.
