Thanks to the sofa and dining table in the living room, all four tenants can come and relax in this cheerful and comfortable space.

You won’t have to worry about storage since you will have your own space.
There is a single bed, a desk, a chair, lights, and a pipe to hang things on in your individual rooms.
Not only are there three western-style rooms, but there is also a retro-cute Japanese style room as well.
The bicycle parking space is free, and one car can be parked (10,000 yen, tax not included).
Furthermore, tenants of Simple Share 180° can attend monthly events that are held for all Share 180° members and concept-house events as well.
We are always planning various events that the tenants can enjoy that are not only the parties, but seasonal and cultural parties as well.
