This is a female-only share house with 5 individual rooms,
so if you are a share house beginner, this might be the one.
It is a well-built solitary share house, consisting of 2 stories.
The first floor has mostly shared spaces, and the second floor is for private rooms.
(One exception is that Room A (a Japanese room) is on the first floor.)
The kitchen is spacious enough for 3 people to use comfortably. In the bathroom there is a big mirror and two wash-basins. It is designed for the residents to use the equipment comfortably even at busy times in the morning and at night.
The refrigerator is big enough to satisfy those who love to cook.
Other rooms are also well-equipped. In the bathrooms, there are a toilet without a tank and a clothes drier.
The dining room and the living room are also spacious so that all the 5 housemates can hang out. You can have a welcome party or a birthday party and build great relationships. The shared spaces are cleaned once a week. The residents don’t have to clean the shared spaces nor take out garbage.
Notes
There is a Japanese tea room in the owner’s space standing next to the share house. If you tell them in advance, you can have a tea party there, away from the living space.
Two parking spaces are available. (There are also parking spaces in the neighborhood). This share house is recommended for drivers.
