It provides a space where you can work and live. It is a living space with working spaces and socializing spaces. Shared spaces are available for not only the residents but also for members. It has free Wi-Fi and a conference room. You can use the space as a non-territorial working office space.

The co-working spaces on the first floor are available not only for the residents but also for members. You can socialize with people inside and outside of the share house, which allows you to expand your networking. The first floor has shared spaces and the second and third floor have individual rooms. As the shared spaces are allocated on the first floor, the residents spontaneously gather on the first floor, even at this relatively big share house with 32 individual rooms.
