Grand Opening for the largest in the Tokai area, a co-living type share house with a co-working space in the leafy Higashiyama Koen Station area!
A leafy area
It’s located within a 7-minute walk of Higashiyama Koen Station. In an open area with a lot of nature close to Higashiyama Park, a co-living type share house with a co-working space will be open.
The share house is suitable for a co-working space, because of its quiet surroundings.
It’s recommended for students, since there are many colleges and universities in the area.
※What is co-living？
It provides a space where you can work and live. It is a living space with working spaces and socializing spaces. Shared spaces are available for not only the residents but also for members. It has free Wi-Fi and a conference room. You can use the space as a non-territorial working office space.
This is the view from the rooftop!! You can have a premium time here thinking deeply while looking out at the beautiful sunset.
Co-working spaces available for members as well as residents
The co-working spaces on the first floor are available not only for the residents but also for members. You can socialize with people inside and outside of the share house, which allows you to expand your networking. Through the network, you could find a new idea or find someone you can work with in the future.
Choose the one that fits your needs! 3 features of co-working spaces
①The space where you can concentrate on your work all by yourself. There are partitions on both sides, so you can concentrate on your work.
②The space where you can work while looking out the window
③The space you can casually use, such as by working together or reading by sharing a large desk.
Furthermore, there are two conference booths that can be used for a meeting, or an online meeting. Choose the best spot according to your needs.
An open living room that prompts residents to socialize spontaneously.
The first floor has shared spaces and the second and third floor have individual rooms. As the shared spaces are allocated on the first floor, the residents spontaneously gather on the first floor, even at this relatively big share house with 32 individual rooms.
There are book shelves and a hammock which anyone can use. Isn’t it wonderful to read a book while swinging gently in a hammock?
The living room is designed so that you can sit back and relax, which could inspire you with some creative ideas.
Imagine a new life where you live at this great share house and meet new people… Isn’t it exciting to just think about it?
Don’t hesitate to take the house tour^^
