I’m sophia:)
I joined the sushi party at English Share 180 Osukannon last week.
There were many ingredients for Temakisushi- selfmade sushi- and some Japanese Sake to enjoy with.
There was a dozen of people joining to the party and it was so fun so let me share what was it like 🙂
Because there were 6 Japanese people including some residents lives in the house, the preperation went perfect!
We add some abocado and cream cheese to have more international flavor HAHAHAHA
Some of international residence experienced their first time law squid ever and saw a combination of Natto and tsuna roll.
For the deseart, one of residence’s French friend brought us “Galette des rois”!
We were teaching some unique saying from their language and it was so fun for all.
Such a cultural experience night 🙂
