This is an estimate of the number of days it will take from the time you apply until you move in.

入居までの流れ / Move-in process
内覧後の入居までの流れは下記の通りです。
「内覧→申し込み→入居審査→入金→WEB契約会→鍵発送→入居」
最短でのWEB契約会のご予約をお取りいただければ、お申込後、最短7日での入居も可能です。
※申し込みは内覧後に可能となります。
※WEB契約会と鍵の発送日は固定のため、入居日希望日に合わせて契約会日をご確認くださいませ。
The process from viewing to moving in is as follows:
“Viewing → Application → Tenant Screening → Payment → Online Contract Session → Key Delivery → Move-in”
If you make a reservation for the online contract session as soon as possible, you can move in as soon as 7 days after applying.
*Applications can be made after viewings.
*The online contract session and key delivery dates are fixed, so please check the contract date to coincide with your desired move-in date.
WEB契約会 開催日時 / Online contract session date and time
・日本語契約会：日曜日・火曜日 17:00～（1時間程度）
・English Contract Session：Sunday 2:00PM～（1 hour）
入居までのスケジュールの目安 / Approximate schedule for moving in
※物理鍵発送日：月、木のみ。（電子錠のため鍵発送が不要な場合もございます。）
*Physical keys are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays only. (Keys may not be shipped if the lock is electronic.)
