This is a high-grade residential facility that Yamato Housing Group presents with confidence. “Royal Parks ER SASASHIMA” is a large share house with 130 individual rooms. The luxurious building with the image of a resort in Bali leads you into an extraordinary space. It is also conveniently located. (It is located in a convenient place.) It’s within a two-minute walk to the nearest station, Sasashima Live Station It’s just a 16-minute walk to Nagoya Station.
The entrance makes you feel as if you were in a resort hotel in Bali. Going through the elegant entrance with the exotic, south east Asian, atmosphere, you can see an open indoor garden through a big window. Once you go up by the elevator to the second floor to enter the shared space, a huge multi-purposed living room will welcome you.
At the front of the shared space, there is a lounge that looks like a chic bar. There is a grand piano, a bar counter that makes you feel as if you were at a real bar, and cute barrel-type tables.
On the right of the share space is the space that looks like a restaurant. There is a big table made of one piece of wood.
The kitchen is the real deal. Here you can use a big professional refrigerator, an impeccable sink and stoves. You could enjoy cooking even elaborated dishes like a chef.
On the left is the relaxing space where low sofas and chairs are placed. This area is colored in ‘pop colors’ and full of playfulness.
There is a tatami-mat room where you can stretch your legs and relax.
There is even a sound-proofed theater room. These features offers a wide variety of room usages and enjoyment. You will be able to find your own favorite areas and have a great time here.
The security is great here. Each housing unit consists of five to six individual rooms. Each individual room and each unit are accessed with a card lock. The individual rooms are not directly linked to the living room, so you can spend time in your own room in a peaceful state of mind.
There is a desk, a chair, a bed and a small refrigerator in each individual room. The closet is huge, which is great news for someone with many things. There is a place to store shoes too, which is useful.
There is a shared bathroom, a washing machine, a dryer, a shower room, a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a vacuum cleaner in each unit. You don’t have to purchase home appliances and furniture by yourself. All rooms have WiFi, so it is perfect for working from home.
You can also use a Bali-themed natural hot spa at Royal Parks. There is also a barbeque space, and a futsal ground outside the building. You will be pleasantly surprised at these facilities if you come to see this property.
This is a share house recommended for someone who wants to enjoy a resort life in the city, or meet many people.
