Great news for music lovers who had difficulties in finding a place to practice playing instruments. YAMAHA’s soundproof chamber is installed in the living room. This Dr40 has great sound insulation, which allows you to play wind instruments and string instruments such as flutes or guitars. The room has receptacles with two plugs, an air vent, and is spacious enough to have chairs and music stands.

You are welcome even if you don’t practice instruments, of course. This share house is located with great access to Nagoya Station, Sakae and Fushimi. You can commute to those areas easily without being crowded. You can even ride a bike or walk to your workplace.
This share house only takes 4 residents. If you want to build network outside the house, you can participate in Share180’s club activities or Activvity180°.
