The house is located at a convenient place. AEON is right across from the nearest station. Shops such as a drug store, and a convenience store are located within a few minutes’ walk. The concept color for SHARE HOUSE 180° Kamiiida is refreshing blue, yellow, and green. The color green is used for the exterior. It has a vibrant design, but you will find this a calm atmosphere and a relaxing space.
The spacious kitchen and the living room
The shared spaces on the first floor where everyone hangs out are functional. The living room is spacious. There is a dining table and a kitchen countertop in the dining room.
Food lovers will be satisfied with strong-caloric-powered gas stoves. You can enjoy cooking a variety of foods with your housemates.
You will be allocated a space in the fridge and freezer and a big box in the living room for storing your stuff. So you don’t have to go to your room to get your stuff for cooking.
The 43-inch TV on the wall in the living room is 4K with which you can enjoy various forms of entertainments. You will have a great time watching sports or movies over meals. You can use your own account on streaming services such as Netflix or Amazon Prime on the TV set.
There is a washlet toilet on each floor. On the second and third floors, there is a shower room, a washing machine, a dryer, and a basin, where individual rooms are located. There is a bathroom on the second floor. It is convenient to use a dryer on rainy days.
Individual rooms
There is a bed, a mattress, an air-conditioner, curtains and lights in each room. You can move in with a single duvet. There is a closet with a hanger pipe, but you can also bring your own storage items. The room has a natural taste, so any interior items will match the room.
Surroundings
The shopping mall, ‘Aeon Soyora Kamiiida’ is within a five-minute walk. They have Starbucks, MacDonalds, Saizeriya, and a Petshop, etc…everything you need.
It takes only five minutes to walk to the nearest station, Kamiiida Station, from the house. There is a supermarket, Seven Eleven, and restaurants in front of the station. It is a convenient area.
From the Kamiiida Station, you can use the Kamiiida Line and the Meitetsu Komaki Line. The house is recommended to those who commute on the Komaki Line, too.
There are many monthly parking lots available near the house, so it is suitable for car commuters too.
