The concept color for SHARE HOUSE 180° Kamiiida is refreshing blue, yellow, and green. The color green is used for the exterior. It has a vibrant design, but you will find this a calm atmosphere and a relaxing space.
The shared spaces on the first floor where everyone hangs out are functional. The living room is spacious. There is a dining table and a kitchen countertop in the dining room.
Food lovers will be satisfied with strong-caloric-powered gas stoves. You can enjoy cooking a variety of foods with your housemates.
You will be allocated a space in the fridge and freezer and a big box in the living room for storing your stuff. So you don’t have to go to your room to get your stuff for cooking.

It takes only five minutes to walk to the nearest station, Kamiiida Station, from the house. There is a supermarket, Seven Eleven, and restaurants in front of the station. It is a convenient area.
From the Kamiiida Station, you can use the Kamiiida Line and the Meitetsu Komaki Line. The house is recommended to those who commute on the Komaki Line, too.
There are many monthly parking lots available near the house, so it is suitable for car commuters too.
