The large-scale four-story share house with a basement floor will be open in a very convenient area. It is located within an 11-minute walk to Ryokuchikoen Station on the Kita-Osaka Kyuko Railway and a ten-minute walk to Kandai-mae Station on the Hankyu Railway Senri Line.
The concept of Urban Terrace Series is to present a place to enrich the lives of business persons. It was designed to offer a comfortable and sophisticated space where you can lead an elegant and active life.

The building consists of three areas: comfortable living spaces including a living room and a lounge,; dynamic spaces like a kitchen and a gym, which are easy to use,; and business spaces where you can concentrate on your work.
The “museum-like” entrance is elegant and simple, representing the concept of Urban Terrace. On the white walls are a nicely-designed mirror, pin-up boards and, whiteboards and more. Necessary items for the entrance are decorated like art works in the corridor. Individual postal boxes and free delivery boxes have automatic locking systems, providing security and convenience.
At the shared space closest to the entrance there is a “WEB Meeting” area and a “Deep Working” area. The “WEB Meeting” area is where you can have an online meeting and work intensively. To combat sound leakage, a sofa, tile carpets, and acoustical panels are used for this room. In addition to the acoustical materials, glass partitions offer openness. In the “Deep Working” area, there are high partitions and boards between seats so that you can focus on your work.
The work lounge attracts the most residents. In this simply designed area, there is a wooden table and warm-colored lace curtains, giving off a warm atmosphere. In the middle of the room there is a table for two to six people, and by the window there is a sofa for one. Along the sides of the room, there is digital signage and a TV set. This area feels open, like a café. There are many ways to spend time at this lounge. You can cook, chat, or watch TV with your housemates.
The gym, black-themed, chic space, where you can concentrate on working out alone. There are running machines, home gymnastic equipment, weight benches and yoga mats available. (Some equipment might be changed.)
There are three types of individual rooms: high grade rooms, interior-coordinated rooms, and standard rooms. Each individual room has a lock and within there is a bed, a desk, a chair and a refrigerator in the room. All the rooms have access to the internet (wired and wireless). Two people can share a room. (In that case, the rent is the same, but the common service fee and utility fee are doubled.) There are no female only or male only floors, but there are female only bathrooms and male only bathrooms.
In this neighborhood, the west side of Kandaimae Station is a quiet residential area. The streets around the campus and the station are called “Kanmae Dori”. There are many restaurants in this area. You can find very attractive streets such as “Ramen battle street,” which is a street with many ramen restaurants.
