Kobe Stockers Kitano Share House is a middle-sized shared house with 15 rooms (13 individual-type rooms and two dormitory-type rooms).
People of any sex and any nationality are welcome to at this shared house. You can enjoy socializing with people beyond borders and sex.
You can choose your favorite room out of 15 rooms (13 individual-type rooms and two dormitory-type rooms).
Dormitory-type rooms have a curtain, a security locker, and a closet for each resident. You can secure your privacy.
The average number of residents is about 20, half of whom are foreign people and the other half are Japanese people. A few of them are students, and most are employees in their 20s and 30s.
At this shared house, parties like a okonomiyaki party or a sushi party are held several times a year.
We recommend you join the party once you become a resident. The house is located on a hill, so from the fourth floor, you can fully enjoy the great night view of Kobe. From the rooftop, you can also see the fireworks held at the harbor along the sea.
It is only a 13-minute walk from the shared house to JR Sannomiya Station. It takes only four minutes on foot to the famous Starbucks coffee shop and a convenience store. There are two supermarkets in front of the station. It is convenient to live here. This is a residential area, so it is quiet at night.
