Hatagaya has great access to the heart of Tokyo. Since Hatagaya Station offers the Keio Line and the Keio Shinsen Line, it takes only four minutes to Shinjuku Station without a transfer, and it takes 10 to 20 minutes to Shibuya Station or Shinagawa Station with just one transfer.
In and around Hatagaya Station, there are convenience stores, supermarkets, fast food restaurants, a TSUTAYA, trendy cafes, and pubs. If you walk for five minutes from the station, you can find cute and tiny bakeries, small restaurants, parks, and residential areas. This area is very convenient. SONOMA Hatagaya offers three unique terraces.
・A terrace with a roof
It is furnished with a wood counter table and you can enjoy meals and alcoholic drinks over the amazing view of the Shinjuku district.
・A terrace made of wood
The terrace is on the same floor as the living room. The terrace floor was made of the same wood as the living room. You can walk out to the terrace from the living room with slippers on.
・A rooftop terrace
The terrace is spacious at 100㎡! You can even enjoy a BBQ there.
All these terraces are right next to the approximately 51-㎡ living room on the 4th floor, the top floor. The terraces offer outstanding views from the morning sunlight to the beautiful night view, the buildings in Tokyo, and the sky every day.
The living room is located on the 4th floor. However, since there are no high-rise buildings around the share house, you will feel the living room is spacious and open. The raised tatami space with a kotatsu table offers a zen-like calmness. In the kitchen, cooking appliances and tools abound, and you can enjoy a party. There is a designated space and a post tray for each room. The living room and the kitchen are space you will want to use every day.
Each resident has their own individual room with a number key, which means you don’t have to carry a key with you. Each room has a window and air conditioning. A bathroom and a shower room are on each floor. Free Wi-Fi is available, so you can have a comfortable net life even in your room. The dining room has a TV set and a DVD player, so you can enjoy TV programs and movies with your friends.
