Tigri Chohu is a new type of share house.
This house consists of three buildings with 30 rooms in total. Two of the buildings have 24 individual rooms and one has six studios.

‘Acqua’ provides spaces to socialize. This is the main building of Tigri Chohu. It has 12 individual rooms with a remarkable blue roof.
・The Community Rooms
These are the shared rooms where you can sit on a stylish chair or a massage chair. The residents from the other buildings can use these rooms.
There is a small kitchen in one room. It is nice to sit and chat over a cup of coffee.
The playful choice of interiors is appealing. The contrast of colorful chairs and a simple concrete floor adds a nice accent.

This share house has good security features, such as the interphone system with a smartphone-compatible auto-lock function and a round-the-clock security system.
When a delivery person pushes a room number on the interphone, the resident will get notified on their smartphone.
The community rooms have two sound-proof spaces where any residents can play musical instruments or enjoy karaoke.

Unique wallpaper is used for each individual room. There is a washstand in each individual room.
Solid wood is used for all the floors including individual rooms so that you can feel the warmth of the wood.
If you see the floors, you would feel like walking on them with bare feet.
There is a bathroom with a bathtub where you might see Mt. Fuji. You can also relax on a terrace on the second floor after a bath.

This is a newly built share house designated for women.

You can find a TV set and a simple built-in kitchen in the sun-filled living room.
The kitchen is equipped with all the home appliances you need such as induction hobs, a grill, a rice cooker, a microwave oven, a kettle, and so on.
・The Individual Rooms
The share house consists of 12 individual rooms.
Different designed wallpaper is used for each room, so you can choose your favorite one.
Also, there is a washstand in each individual room.
You can prepare yourself smoothly even on busy mornings.

‘Oliva’ – For someone who values their privacy
Oliva consists of six social-apartment-type individual rooms with a kitchen and a bathroom.
A ‘social apartment’ offers both privacy and socializing opportunities. It is recommended for someone who chooses a share house for the first time.
There is a kitchen, a shower room, and a washstand in each individual room. You can get ready to go out without having to leave your room to use a shared powder room.
