A long-awaited new Urban Terrace series will be open this spring! It will be open from March 20: A huge share house with 80 individual rooms and two co-working spaces
A newly-built, two-story, huge share house with 80 individual rooms will be open in Kameari in spring of 2021!
This is a building designed and created for a share house, not renovated.
It has great access. It only takes 9 minutes on foot from Kameari Station on the JR Joban Line. By direct train service, it only takes 23 minutes from there to Otemachi Station, and 6 to 8 minutes to Kitasenju Station.
The share house provides two working spaces: a café-style, co-working space where you can work over chatting and solo working spaces where you can focus in a small space
Wi-Fi is available, supporting your work
The shared spaces are substantial: in addition to a huge kitchen, a living room, and a dining room, there is a “Danran” tatami space where you can relax with bare feet. Isn’t it great to relax lying on tatami mats while watching TV?
The bathrooms are well equipped. There are two spacious, relaxing bathrooms for each gender. Laundries and driers are free to use. At the entrance are individual post boxes, free delivery boxes and individual shoes boxes.
The whole house was designed so that residents can relax with their friends in their free time as well as focus on their work
There is a bed, a desk, a chair, curtains, lights, and a refrigerator in each individual room. There is also an open closet and indoor clothes poles.
Also, there are two types of individual rooms: white and brown. You can choose one as you like.
Around Kameari Station there are several shopping malls such as Kameari Lirio, Beans Kameari, and Ario Kameari, where you can enjoy window-shopping. At Ito-Yokado you can get all daily necessities. Within a short distance from the station, there are several old-fashioned shops, where you can enjoy freshly-fried croquettes or charcoal grilled chicken right on the spot.

Smoking is only available outseide of the building, inside of the share house teritory with your own portable ashtray to avoid any conflict.
Overnight stays are allowed up to 3 nights per month (no prior application required).
Leaving personal belongings in common areas is prohibited.
The shared refrigerator is for temporary storage.
After using the common area, please make sure that the next tenant can use it comfortably.
