1.Why did you decide to stay in the share house?

I chose this sharehouse somewhat randomly. I was searching online for places to stay, and had never been to Nagoya, so I was interested to come here. I think in Japan, living near a train or subway station is very convenient, and Sakurahonmachi is only a few steps from the subway. It is also close to a train station which makes travel very convenient.

2. How do you spend your free time in the share house?

Life is this sharehouse is quite easy. Everybody is respectful and I don't think there are any problems. My room and all the facilities are very nice. The residents are usually busy with work or school, but when I see them, I can practice my Japanese and they like to practice using English.

3. How did your lifestyle change?

Since I have moved in, I've had the chance to explore Nagoya a bit. I also went to Kyoto recently which was great! The location here is wonderful, you can easily access Osaka and Kyoto to the west, or head east to Tokyo if you life.

4. What do you want to try and how do you see yourself from now on?

While I'm in Japan I'd like to ride the trains more and see smaller places outside the big city. I'm planning to go to Gifu soon, and maybe Hokkaido as well. I also need to improve my Japanese skills.

5.Message to people who are thinking about moving into a share house

In my opinion sharehouses are a fantastic way to see Japan. In Japan is can be a bit difficult (especially for a foreigner) to find accommodations for a medium to long-term stay. The sharehouse staff is also helpful and very clear, so I don't have to worry about the living situation.
