Q. Is it economically beneficial to live in a share house?

A.回答

One of the biggest merits for living in a share house is actually the money you save.
If you start living alone, you will need approximately 300 thousand yen to pay for furniture and electronic appliances, a deposit, handling fee, and moving expenses. On the other hand, if you live in a share house, all you have to pay for is a deposit (rent for a month).
The shared space is fully furnished and has internet access, and your individual room will come with a bed. Although it may differ according to the house you move in to, you may be able to cut moving expenses up to 200 thousand yen, as all you have to pay will be 100 thousand at most. As a result, the fact that you can start your new life with minimal expense is a big plus.
