The house will be your home, so if you imagine actually living there while taking the tour, you will get clearer images. If you have any specific requirements, you can check those, too.

One person can view only one share house per day, for now. When you veiw the house that you are most interested in, we can discuss further about viewing other houses and from there we could set up another house tour on a different date. (If you live far away, you can take a house tour on Skype.) We sometimes offer multiple house tours for a campaign, but usually we schedule the tour according to the “first come, first served” principal.
Nothing especially, but information on your guarantor is needed if you apply. Having a tape measure to take measurements makes your moving-in preparation smoother. If you have any questions about a guarantor, please ask a staff member.
In principal, you can`t. We would like to make sure that all the possible residents have clear images of the share house by checking details of house rules, shared spaces, private rooms. and so forth. We would like you to actually vist the house and we will talk to you in detail. If you can`t come to the house, we can offer a house tour on Skype, so please feel free to ask us.
