No renewal fee will be needed. Basically, after 6 months, your contract will continue until a moving-out application is submitted.
You will need to bring a copy of your and your guarantor’s ID, your seal, your bank account details, and your bank seal. We will email you the details before you move in. Please refer to that for your preparation.
The contract is for a 6-month or longer stay except for some share houses.. If you live in those share houses for shorter than 6 months, you will be charged 1 month rent for breaking the contract. If you wish to stay from 1 month to 6 months, please ask staff members for share houses with short stay plans.
