Fully equipped for both work and hobbies! Large-scale share house with 122 units in total.
Located in Itabashi Ward, one of Tokyo’s 23 wards. A large 122-unit share house has just opened in Itabashi-ku, Tokyo’s 23 wards, within a 30-minute train ride to the heart of the city.
The concept of this share house is “Change your life 180° through sharing! This is a share house with many facilities that can be used for both work and play.
A must-see for home workers. Workspace and library available.
The way of working has changed with the spread of the new coronavirus.
The share house is equipped with a workspace that can be used 24 hours a day, and is also equipped with WiFi for shared use.
The lounge also has desks, chairs, and WiFi, so you can work anywhere.
In addition to the workspace, there is also a library. In addition to the workspace, there is also a library.
You can find books that you may not have picked up on your own, or find unexpected commonalities with your housemates.
Fitness room and even outdoor facilities!
If you are worried about not getting enough exercise as you work from home more and more, you will definitely want to take advantage of the fitness room.
There are bikes perfect for aerobic exercise and balance balls that can be used in a variety of ways, so you can use them for daily exercise or stress relief.
By the way, this fitness room is equipped with a large mirror. You might even be able to practice dancing with your house mates! It is sure to expand the range of your hobbies.
There is also a wooden deck outside the lounge on the first floor.
Although you can’t make a fire here because the area is residential, it’s a great place to enjoy drinks and food with your house mates and talk about all sorts of things.
Exciting community! Community apps, English conversation, and regular wine delivery services are also available.
If you’ve gone to the trouble of living in a share house, you’ll want to enjoy the social aspect as well, so we’ve prepared a variety of contents for you ^^.
First of all, we have a community app.
Using this app, residents can interact with each other! It’s useful not only for self-introductions, but also for invitations to events and for sharing with others.
By the way, this app also allows you to connect with people from other Share180 managed properties in Nagoya, Sapporo, and Kanto. Whether it’s finding friends for hobbies or getting together to talk about work, there could be a life-changing encounter waiting for you!
You can also start your own club activities.
This is for those who like to drink, play sports, introduce their favorite manga, or just have fun with their house mates on a specific topic.
Our staff will support you in your club activities and events, so please give it a try.
Besides that, you can take online English conversation once a week for free.
Netflix is also available on the TV in the living room, so you can enjoy not only big events but also your daily life.
14 minutes to Ikebukuro and 26 minutes to Otemachi. Great access to central Tokyo!
The house is a 15-minute walk from Kami-Itabashi Station on the Tobu Tojo Line and a 15-minute walk from Shimura-Sanchome Station on the Toei Mita Line.
If you feel that it might be a little far, you can use your own bicycle! Of course, bicycle parking at the house is free of charge.
If you take the Tobu Tojo Line, you can get to Ikebukuro Station in 14 minutes without changing trains.
Shinjuku and Shibuya can be reached within 10 minutes from Ikebukuro, so playing or commuting to work or school seems to be no problem.
If you take the Toei Mita Line, you can get to Otemachi Station in 26 minutes. This is a great location for those who commute to central Tokyo.
Also, those who take the Shinkansen back home can take the Shinkansen from Otemachi (Tokyo) Station, so occasional trips back home don’t seem to be too much of a hassle.
My personal recommendation is Sugamo Station, a 13-minute train ride from Shimura 3-chome. You can transfer to the Yamanote Line, so you can get anywhere in Tokyo very easily!
Both Kami-Itabashi and Shimura-Sanchome stations are surrounded by a very prosperous area.
There are supermarkets and pharmacies as well as family restaurants and fast food restaurants, so daily life in the area is easy.
Near Kamiitabashi station, there is the main store of “Nakamoto” which is well-known for its hot and spicy ramen noodles. It would be fun to go there with your house mates.
There is a Round One near the house, so house events are sure to be held here!
Rooms are fully furnished and equipped with appliances.
Each unit has its own kitchen, and there is even a women’s room!
The house is divided into units of 4~5 rooms each.
Each unit is equipped with a washing machine, shower, and wash stand.
There is also a sink, so you can wash the tumblers you use every day or cook a late-night meal when you wake up in the middle of the night without going to the kitchen.
The four-room units also have a living room with a TV, so it would be fun to have a party with just the people in the unit.
Each unit also has its own balcony, so you can hang your laundry to dry. If you have a lot of clothes, try choosing a room with storage equipment or large storage space!
The rooms are furnished with desks and chairs, air conditioners, beds, and refrigerators so you can start living right away.
We are also planning to prepare rooms with luxurious desks and chairs for remote workers. Large monitors can be placed, and the chairs will support you for long hours of work without getting tired (it’s called a high-grade room, so please check it out*).
Choose a room that fits your lifestyle.
Dormitory rooms are also recommended for those who want to keep the price low and want to socialize with foreigners.
We make it so that half of the residents are Japanese nationals and half are non-Japanese, so you can see each other every day and learn each other’s language!
We recommend these rooms now that studying abroad is not easy due to the new coronavirus.
Cars and motorcycles lovers will be amazed! Motorcycle parking and car sharing available!
The house has a free covered bicycle parking lot, but you can actually park your bike there too!
There are many hidden places to enjoy the autumn leaves in the Kanto area, and this is a perfect facility for those who want to enjoy touring around the area.
There is also a car share service on the premises. You can go to Costco or IKEA with your house mates. It will be a standard fun event in the share house.
It’s exciting to think about going mountain climbing, going to the beach, and other activities with your house mates*.
Please enjoy share house life in your own way.
